Hooded man who shot at black Chrysler 300 in broad daylight hunted by Philadelphia police

PHILADELPHIA — Police are appealing to the public to help find a hooded shooter who fired at a parked car in broad daylight.
The incident in the city's Hartranft neighborhood on Wednesday morning was captured on CCTV.
The unknown suspect was filmed walking on Franklin and Huntingdon streets at 10:48 a.m. before firing several rounds at a black Chrysler 300 parked on the block, according to Philadelphia police.
The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.
Police describe the suspect as a black or Hispanic male. He was wearing jeans and a black insulated jacket with the hood up.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
