Për këdo qe ka një makine, gungat ne rruge janë kthyer ne shqetësim te përditshëm. Ndoshta nuk ka asnjë rrugice te kryeqytetit, ku mungojnë këto gunga te improvizuara. Ato janë vendosur nga banoret qe kane shtëpitë apo shitësit përpara dyqaneve, për te detyruar makinat te ulin shpejtësinë kur kalojnë. Madje ne rrugica 100 metër te gjata gjen tre pengesa njëra pas tjetrës. Pjesët e ngritura te ndërtuara pa mendimin e ndonjë specialisti, janë shume te larta duke detyruar drejtuesit e automjeteve te frenojnë, duke rrezikuar edhe dëmtimin e makinës. Vete banoret pranojnë se i kane ngritur gungat për te mos lejuar kalimin me shpejtësi te makinave. Shqetësimi i banoreve për fëmijët duket se është i drejte, sidomos pas shtrimit te rrugëve qe favorizon shpejtësitë tej normave te lejuara. Por ai qe duhet te ndërhyje për te zgjidhur ketë problem është institucioni përgjegjës për territorin e qytetit, ne këtë rast Bashkia e Tiranës. Vendosja e pengesave te tilla me lartësi dhe pjerrësi te kontrolluar është një nga mënyrat, por edhe identifikimi i zonave pranë shkollave me tabela është një tjetër zgjidhje. Ne fakt ajo qe vihet re gjate kësaj kohe është se vete qytetaret kane marre ne dore administrimin e hapësirave publike, duke nisur qe nga zëniet e vend parkimeve, trotuareve me karrige lokalesh e deri te këto pengesa ne rruge, te vogla ne dukje.
