Ka mbi 40 vjet qe jeton ne një ish- magazine te ushtrisë, pranë bllokut te ambasadave ne Tirane, por tani rrezikon te mbetet e pastrehe. Zamira Meta, tregon se tokës i ka dale pronari dhe me aktin normativ te qeverise për lirimin e banesave ish - pronareve, asaj dhe 6 familjeve te tjera iu duhet te largohen. E bindur se kjo është një prone shtetërore, ajo ka nisur nje sere procesesh gjyqësore. Megjithatë 60- vjeçarja i trembet ekzekutimit te vendimit nga përmbarimi, pasi me daljen nga kjo banese ajo është e bindur se nuk ka asnjë mundësi kredie apo strehimi. Si kjo familje janë me mijëra, jo vetëm ne Tirane. Edhe pse nje pjese kane liruar banesat për ish- pronaret apo jane ne pritje te ekzekutimit, ata nuk plotësojnë kushtet per te marre kredi nga bankat. Ky shqetësim është ngritur edhe nga institucioni i Avokatit te Popullit i cili i sugjeron kryeministrit te përmirësoje bazën ligjore per strehimin sa me te shpejte te tyre. Sipas komisionereve te Avokatit te Popullit, shteti duhet te vere garanci pronat publike per te strehuar mijëra familje te mbetur ne rruge. Edhe nje dite me pare kryetari i bashkise Lulzim Basha gjate mbledhjes se keshillit bashkiak pranoi faktin se është bllokuar procesi i dhënies se banesave sociale me kredi. Sipas Bashes, personat e pastrehe per shkak te gjendjes ekonomike apo moshes, nuk plotësojnë kushtet e bankave per kredi. Kryebashkiaku i Tiranës kërkoi ndërhyrjen e pushtetit qendror për zgjidhje.
