Drejtori i emergjencave civile Alfred Olli sqaron për vizion plus, se për periudhën korrik -- gusht ne te gjithë territorin e vendit janë shënuar rreth 370 vatra zjarri. Fatmirësisht deri me tani nuk ka patur humbje te jetëve njerëzore apo prekje te pronës private, por Olli thotë se neglizhenca e njësive vendore le për te dëshiruar. Ministria e brendshme ka kontraktuar me Turqinë dhe Slloveninë duke siguruar ndihme me mjete nga ajri, te cilat do te operojnë për 7 ditët ne vijim, ne zonat ku situata është me emergjente dhe me e vështire për te ndërhyre me mjete tokësore. Por ende ministria nuk ka një bilanc te sakte për demet e shkaktuara. Ne dy muaj policia ka ndaluar 70 persona te cilët akuzohen për zjarrvenie te qëllimshme.
