Shoqata e te verbërve te Gjirokastrës vijon te kërkojë te drejtat lidhur me njohjen e kompensimit financiar nga ana e qeverise për energjinë elektrike dhe telefoninë fikse. Kërkesat e tyre me sa paralajmërojnë ata do te shkojnë ne dyert e Brukselit, pasi ne çdo shoqate te verbërish ne rrethe do te zgjidhen nga dy anëtarë për te përfaqësuar çështjen ne Bruksel. Rreth 200 te verbrit e Gjirokastrës shprehen se do te shkojnë deri ne greve nëse nuk gjejnë zgjidhje për problemin. Përmes ndryshimeve ligjore te verbrit do te paguajnë energjinë jo ne masën 20%, por te plote, si çdo qytetar i këtij vendi.
