Një black out total ka shoqëruar për gati 10 minuta, festen e 65-vjetorit te Arkivit Qendror Shtetëror te Filmit. Siç ndodh rëndom, ikja e energjisë elektrike dhe mungesa e gjeneratorit duket se ka zbehur këtë përvjetor ne një salle te mbushur plot me emra te njohur te kinemasë apo artiste përfshi edhe vete ministrin e kulturës Aldo Bumci.
Pas pauzës, drejtuesit e arkivit janë përpjekur te vijojnë normalisht aktivitetin. Ne fjalën e saj, Elvira Diamanti u shpreh se 85 për qind e materiale janë dixhitalizuar, por mungesa e teknologjisë përben rrezik shkatërrimi te kopjeve origjinale. Ne ketë 65-vjetor te institucionit qe u krijua ne vitin 1952, u shfaqen edhe disa imazhe te rralla dhe ekskluzive te cilat datojnë me vitin 1911. Ato janë te xhiruar nga një kameraman francez, dhe shfaqin Shkodran e atij viti. Dokumentari 30 minutesh, përmbante edhe materiale te tjera filmike deri ne vitin 2000, shume prej te cilave te panjohura me herët.

A total black out has followed for nearly 10 minutes, 65-year anniversary celebrations of the Central State Archive of Film. As it happens, the leakage power and lack of generator seems to have faded this anniversary in a hall full of names known to the cinema or the artists themselves including Culture Minister Aldo.
After the break, archive managers have tried to follow normal activity. In her speech, Elvira Diamanti said that 85 percent of the materials are digitized, but the lack of technology pose a threat to destroy the original copies. We have 65-year institution that was founded in 1952, was shown some rare and exclusive images that date back to 1911. They are shot by a French cameraman, and display Shkodran of that year. 30 minute documentary, and other materials containing film until 2000, many of them previously unknown.
