Edhe pse situata nga moti i keq duket sikur është lëne pas, fshatra te tere ne te gjithë vendin janë ende te bllokuar. Shtylla ne qytetin e Korçës është një prej tyre. Nga komuna e Vithkuqit deri ne brendësi te këtij fshati ku dëbora shkon deri ne tre metër, na u desh te ecnim tre ore ne këmbe. Një fadrome një nate me pare ishte përpjekur te hapte rrugën, por vetëm për banoret pasi makinat e kane te pamundur te kalojnë. Qe prej dhjetorit banoret nuk kane asnjë komunikim me pjesën tjetër, duke u detyruar te konsumojnë ato pak rezerva ushqimore. Ne pjesën me te madhe te ditës nuk ka energji elektrike. Dy dyqanet e fshatit nuk kane me asnjë ushqim dhe blegtoria është e vetmja shprese e banoreve. Por edhe stallat janë mbuluar nga dëbora. Lartësia e dëborës ka zëne dritaret e kateve te para, dhe fëmijët kane me shume se dy muaj qe nuk shkojnë ne shkolle. Ndërsa emergjencat shëndetësore janë përballuar nga një infermier qe vjen nga Vithkuqi ne pamundësi te pranisë te mjekut.

Since December the residents do not have any communication with the rest, forcing them to consume less food reserves. We share much of the day there is no electricity. Two village shops no longer have any food and farming is the only hope of the residents. But the stables are covered by snow. The height of the snow has occupied the first floor windows, and children have more than two months that did not go to school. While health emergencies are faced by a nurse that comes from the inability to Vithkuqi presence of the doctor.
