Është mbyllur brenda pak minutash dhe me tension seanca dëgjimore ne Komisionin e Ligjeve me nënkryetarin e KLD-se Kreshnik Spahiu, për nisjen e procedurës se shkarkimit te tij. Me herët, kryetari demokrat i Komisionit, Ilir Rusmali, nuk e ka lejuar zotin Spahiu te parashtronte mbrojtjen para deputeteve, një hap i pare ky përpara ngritjes se komisionit hetimor parlamentar. Por ne ato pak minuta qe mundi te fliste, nënkryetari i KLD tha se jo vetëm qe nuk kishte ndërmend te dorëhiqej, por theksoi se Kuvendi e ka te pamundur ta shkarkoje. Hartuesi i relacionit, Viktor Gumi, ka evidentuar sipas tij 3 shkelje ne detyrën e Spahiut, mes te cilave, edhe angazhimi i KLD ne funksion te tezave te tij politike. Për opozitën, shkarkimi i Spahiut është vetëm prerje kokash dhe nuk synon aspak te korrigjoje sistemin e drejtësisë. Nënkryetari i Komisionit te Ligjeve, Fatmir Xhafaj, tha se mazhoranca ndihet e kërcënuar nga projekti politik i Kreshnik Spahiut. Te majtët refuzuan te bëhen pjese e komisionit hetimor qe do te përbehet vetëm nga 5 anëtarë te shumicës. 33 deputete demokrate kane firmosur kërkesën për shkarkimin e numrit 2 te KLD, por tek nismëtarët mungojnë emrat e kryeministrit Berisha, kryetares se kuvendit Topalli dhe kryetarit te grupit Astrit Patozi.
