Projektligji për ndryshimin e tarifave doganore për një pjesë të mallrave që prodhohen në Shqipëri synon të ulë tarifat e importit për produktet të cilat do të përdoren për mbjellje dhe t'i mbajë të pandryshuara ato, për produktet e konsumit. Përfaqësuesja e Ministrisë së Financave, Arjana Dyrmishi, shpjegoi në Komisionin e Integrimit se një pjesë e produkteve që prodhohen në vend siç janë qepa, patatja, vaji i ullirit, mishi etj, duhet të kenë më të ulët tarifën doganore kur ato importohen si lëndë e parë. Projektligji është miratuar në parim nga të gjithë anëtarët e komisionit. Sipas përfaqësueses se qeverise, drafti shërben për përafrimin e legjislacionit tone me atë te Bashkimit Evropian. Kostoja ne buxhetin e shtetit, nëse ky projektligj miratohet në parlament, llogaritet ne afro 7 milion lekë në vit.
