Recipe:
5 or 6 fresh raspberries
One egg white
1 1/2 parts Hendrick's Gin: http://bit.ly/hendricksunusualtimes
1 part Lillet Rose:
juice of half a lemon
1/4 part simple syrup

Instructions:
Muddle the raspberries in a mixing glass.
Add all remaining ingredients to mixing glass.
Transfer to a metal tin and dry shake to emulsify egg whites.
Transfer dry shaken ingredients back to mixing glass.
Add ice and shake to chill and dilute.
Double strain into a cocktail glass or small wine goblet.
Garnish with a cucumber slice or lemon peel.
