Sponsored: Air Mail Cocktail Variation - The Proper Pour with Charlotte Voisey

Similar to the French 75 Cocktail, the traditional Airmail Cocktail is rum based and uses honey as a sweetener and lime juice instead of lemon. Arguably, the Airmail could also be thought of as a sparkling Daiquiri. In this variation, Charlotte layers on the flavors of both fresh muddled pineapple and The Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters. Small Screen delivers beautifully crafted videos about cocktails, bartending, mixology, food and cooking, each and every week.
