Add all remaining ingredients to mixing glass. Transfer to a metal tin and dry shake to emulsify egg whites. Transfer dry shaken ingredients back to mixing glass. Add ice and shake to chill and dilute. Double strain into a cocktail glass or small wine goblet. Garnish with a cucumber slice or lemon peel.
