A look at the numerous sequels out in 2015

As with most years, Hollywood is releasing a plethora of sequels in 2015. One of the most anticipated is 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens', the first film in the franchise being made by Disney, which hopes to reignite the passions of fans after the relatively disappointing George Lucas-helmed prequels.
Disney also have on their slate 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' which looks set to mirror the success of the original which made $1.5 billion at the international box office, making it the third most successful film of all time.
'The Hunger Games' team are also back for their final outing with 'Mockingjay - Part Two' but in case fans of that series feel a little lost after it finishes, Lionsgate who are the studio behind the franchise also have 'Insurgent' - the sequel to the teenage thriller 'Divergent' also set in a dystopian future.
Several franchises are also receiving revamps, including Terminator which is back complete with Arnold Schwarzenegger with 'Terminator: Genysis'
