US Senate authorizes use of military against ISIS for 3 years

The US Senate Foreign Relations Committee approved a measure Thursday authorizing the use of military force against the Islamic State ISIS) in Iraq and Syria for a three year period. The authorization bans the deployment of ground troops, except in special circumstances. teleSUR
