Tinday (Round Gourd) is a severely under-used item in subcontinental cuisine. Aside from Tinday curry there are few dishes to do justice with with ingredient. Chef Maida Rahat looks to do just that with her Stuffed Tinday. Second dish of the day is Murgh Tomater Chutni Parathas. Sounds strange but it;s utter delicious and definitely worth a try.
