Kerry: rebel fighters can "run but they can't hide"

Anas al-Liby has been on the FBI's most wanted list for more than a decade with a five million U.S. dollar bounty on his head.
But now U.S. officials say that special forces captured the suspected senior al-Qaeda leader in Libya.
Al-Liby is accused of being the mastermind behind the 1998 bombings of United States' embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, which killed more than 220 people.
U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, who is attending a summit in Bali, talked to reporters about the raid.
(SOUNDBITE)(English) U.S. SECRETARY OF STATE JOHN KERRY SAYING:
"We hope this makes clear that the United States of America will never stop in its effort to hold those accountable who conduct acts of terror. Those members of al Qaeda and other terrorist organisations literally can run but they can't hide."
The U.S. defence department has also confirmed it targetted a leader of al-Shabab in southern Somalia but that raid appears to have failed.
