Another tank holding highly contaminated water is said to be leaking from Japan's crippled Fukushima nuclear plant.
Some of the liquid may have reached the Pacific Ocean.
Operator Tepco says the breach was discovered in a tank-holding area away from where 300 tones of toxic water escaped in August.
