Car bombs kill at least two in Kirkuk

At least two people are killed and more than a dozen wounded in twin car blasts in Kirkuk.
Children are among the wounded.
No one is immediately claiming responsibility for the attack.
Insurgents have been regaining strength -- recruiting from the country's Sunni minority, which resents Shi'ite domination since the U.S.-led invasion in 2003.
People are looking for answers.

"I want to know where is the government? I want to talk to them. Where is the the security and where are the officials? "
Kirkuk is rich in oil and lies on the front line of a dispute between the Shi'ite-led government and ethnic Kurds.
The Kurds want the city to become part of their autonomous region. A referendum on the issue was supposed to take place in 2007, but political discord blocked those efforts.
Last month the death toll in Iraq hit 800, according to the United Nations.
