Steven Robbins is serving a 60-year prison sentence for murder in Indiana but was accidentally released after charges were dropped in an unrelated court case in Chicago. He was transfered temporarily to Chicago to face the charges but was released mistakenly after his court appearance instead of being sent back to Indiana. The man hunt is on.
