Ingredients:
2 bay leaves
3 cups cooked brown rice
1/4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 cup onions thinly sliced
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp ghee or butter
1 tbsp ginger grated
1/2 cup raisins or dry berries of your choice
1/2 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste

Preparation:
Heat the oil.
Add butter or ghee, onions, raisins, cinnamon sticks, cinnamon powder, bay leaves and let it cook for a minute.
Now add the ginge and salt and let it cook for 1 minute.
Add brown rice and sugar. Mix well.
