Ingredients - 1 whole wheat pizza bread 2 tbsp heavy cream 1/2 cup milk Some pineapple Some caramelised onions Some black olives Some parsley 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup cheddar cheese 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 2 cloves of garlic crushed Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation - Mix milk, cream, salt and cheese. Spread the above mixture on the whole wheat pizza bread. Add the cheese, pineapple, caramelised onions cooked, black olives, parsley, pepper and pop it in the oven. Serve hot. Enjoy!
