Ingredients - 1 whole wheat pizza bread 2 tbsp heavy cream 1/2 cup milk 1 cup eggplant 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup cheddar cheese 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 2 cloves of garlic crushed Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation - Mix milk, cream, salt and cheese. Spread the above mixture on the whole wheat pizza bread. Add the cheese, eggplant, pepper and pop it in the oven. Serve hot. Enjoy!
