There are numerous fostering providers in London. Tower Hamlets council, are constantly seeking white foster carers to look after children who are in our care due for any number of reasons. Three out of four fostered children return to live with their own families, so they need a secure family environment while we work with their parents to ensure that they can return home safely. Other children, unable to return home, need permanent care away from their families.
