00:05Today's CPI report revealed that inflation beat market expectations once again,
00:10and inflation remains stable.
00:12Overall, inflation has run at a 1.9 average annual pace
00:17in President Trump's first six months in office.
00:21Prices for everyday goods continue to decline.
00:24Energy prices fell in July, including gasoline,
00:27which is down nearly 10% over last year,
00:31and propane, which is down 2.5% over last year as well.
00:35Egg prices fell once again in July and are down 20% since President Trump took office.
00:41Shelter inflation, the largest contributor to overall inflation,
00:46is at its lowest level since October of 2021.
00:50Wage growth for American workers is beating inflation once again.
00:54As inflation declines, this administration continues to be wholeheartedly committed
00:58to putting more money back into the American people's pockets.
