Metro Manila Development Authority Chairman Atty. Romando Artes together with Metro Manila Mayors suffering floods during rainy and typhoon seasons met with San Miguel Corporation President and CEO Ramon S. Ang on on Friday, August 8, at SMC Head Office in Pasig City to discuss SMC’s on-going, completed and planned projects for flood control in Metro Manila and nearby provinces in line with President Marcos Jr.’s campaign in improving the country’s flood control mitigation projects following heavy floods that occurred in recently brought by typhoons and southwest monsoon. Among the Mayors that attended are Valenzuela City Mayor Wes Gatchalian, Las Piñas City Mayor April Aguilar, Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon, Manila City Mayor Francisco "Isko" Moreno Domagoso, and Las Piñas City Congressman Mark Anthony Santos.
