Wall collapses in Navotas City, causes heavy flooding

A private wall—different from the one that previously collapsed—gave way along Celestino Street in Barangay San Jose, Navotas City at around 8:15 AM. Rescue and evacuation efforts are currently ongoing. Mayor John Tiangco is on-site to personally oversee the situation.
