00:00Good afternoon po Kongs. So yun nga po yung nangyayaring botohan kagabi sa Senado, lumabas nga po na archived yung impeachment against the Vice President.
00:12Do you think it was reasonable for them na although hindi naman dismissed yung ginamit na term but archived, still may mga nagsasabi po na it is considered dead na po.
00:22So para po sa inyo, pag sinabing archived, patay na nga po ba talaga ang impeachment against the Vice President sa Senado?
00:32Maraming salamat.
01:03Well, when I was watching actually what was being discussed and debated on yesterday, it came not as a surprise para po sa akin,
01:17considering the political alignments in the Senate.
01:20But it was kind of, there was a revelation, to some degree disappointing.
01:29At the same time, my revelation, because remember, the motion to archive is actually the product of an amendment to the original motion which was to dismiss.
01:41So if you look at the pattern, even previously when they already had the initial discussion about whether or not the Senate would continue on with the impeachment proceedings,
01:52meron na pong intention really to dismiss the case.
01:57So it was, to me, there's some sort of a revelation, because they acted on a very, very swift action,
02:10considering the fact that there is no final judicial conclusion as to whether or not the impeachment proceeding will pursue,
02:20because there's already the MR filed by our prosecutor.
02:23So wala pa talagang dismissal yan.
02:26So ako yun ang nakikita ko doon.
02:29It was expected, but it also revealed the intention that the impeachment complaints would be probably shelved off.
02:44And the clamor for accountability is the victim of these actions that we have seen yesterday at the Senate.
02:56So we're going to try to take the case.
03:00And then you must have a moment of131.
03:00And it was released on September 1, by 3, 2018.
03:02And the optimal decision that we have seen yesterday at the Senate is Android 5.
03:04So the current decision that we have seen daily as to the international crime is very useful.
03:07And we have a lot of provisions of this situation that we can actually be paid off the oath to the order of the mandolin.
03:09And the problem will rise early on, and that's what we have seen today at the moment of this incident.
03:11So I'm going to try to address this message again.
