00:00Hello everyone. For a healthy and glowing skin, we need to first fix your gut.
00:04And this is how you can fix your gut and glow naturally, according to Ayurveda.
00:07First, start consuming probiotic foods like yogurt, kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir, and kombucha.
00:12These are foods that contain good bacteria for your gut. Include one or two of these in your
00:15daily diet. Second, consume prebiotic foods like asparagus, artichokes, bananas, garlic,
00:20and onions. Prebiotics are food for the probiotics. So by consuming these foods,
00:25you're feeding the good bacteria in your gut. Third, reduce the intake of refined sugar,
00:29processed foods and alcohol as they disrupt the balance of bacteria in your gut.
00:33Fourth, manage stress through meditation, yoga, deep breathing exercises, or whatever works for you,
00:38because stress also affects your gut health. Fifth, get enough sleep, because a good night's sleep is
00:42essential for gut repair. Follow these five tips and you will soon notice a difference in your
