00:00hey welcome back back back back back back what's up everyone welcome back to another video on juice
00:08and soy welcome back today we'll be taking you all through a 20 minute upper body and core
00:13strength workout let's get it this is a great workout if you're looking to build some strength
00:17in the upper body and also work on your core for this workout all you're going to need is a pair
00:23of dumbbells and we recommend using multiple sets of weights if you have them available
00:27for reference i'll be using anywhere from 5 to 15 pounds today and i'll be using anywhere between 15
00:32pounds and 35 pounds for the workout format super simple we're taking you through a total of 15
00:37different upper body and core exercises we're going 45 seconds of work 20 seconds of rest but we're
00:44going to split up that 45 seconds into three pieces so the first 20 seconds will be bilateral meaning
00:49we'll use two weights we'll take a five second pause to transition into the next 20 seconds which will
00:53be alternating or we'll switch sides again we'll follow this format all the way throughout the
00:58workout so be sure to go as hard as you can for each exercise oh yeah and a few of the exercises
01:02will have modifications throughout so you can follow me for those so all right now if you're ready we'll
