00:09Today, we're taking you all through a 10-minute standing-only core workout.
00:14This is going to be a great workout if you're looking to build some strength throughout your core,
00:18and we're going to get the heart rate up a little.
00:20All you're going to need for this workout is a light to moderate pair of dumbbells.
00:23For reference, I will be using fives today.
00:26And I'll be using a pair of 10-pound dumbbells.
00:28For the workout format, super simple.
00:30We'll take you through a total of eight different standing core exercises.
00:34We want 30 seconds of work.
00:35We'll give you a 10-second pause, and then we'll pick back up with another 30 seconds of work with that same exercise.
00:41In between exercises, we'll give you a 15-second break, so be sure to go as hard as you can for each and every exercise.
00:47Oh, yeah, so with that being said, let's go ahead and get ready for the workout.
