00:35ng sabihin itong nalabag ang one-year bar rule sa impeachment ni Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:40Bagamat may tatlong reklamong na unang inihain ng ilang pribadong individual at inendorso ng ilang mambabatas,

00:47ang ikaapat na complaint lang daw ang pinagbutohan at inaproobahan ng plenaryo ng Kamara.

00:52Na-aksyonan na raw ito bago pa nag-adjourn ng Kamara noong February 5, 2025.

00:57When the House adjourned. So when the House adjourned, the fourth complaint was already approved by the plenary

01:05and it already reached the Senate. So obviously, the one-year bar rule cannot apply to the fourth complaint.

01:13The fourth complaint was filed on time. So it's a very basic error there.

01:57Pero sabi ni Carpio, dapat hintayin muna ng Senado ang ihahaing motion for reconsideration ng Kamara.

02:10Because there's a chance, because it's not yet final, there's still a chance it could be reversed or changed

02:16because there's a motion for reconsideration.

02:19Sana rao, sabi ni Carpio, itama ng Korte Suprema ang desisyon nito.

02:23Payo niya magpatawag ng oral argument bago desisyon na ng motion for reconsideration na ihahain ng Kamara.

02:30In very important constitutional cases, always there will be an oral argument

02:36because it is in the oral argument where you can really see the entire victory.
