00:24Ayon kay Sen. President Cheese Escudero, may iba pang prioridad ng mga panukala na kailangan nilang unahing tutukan.
00:32Paliwanag ni Escudero, suggested calendar lang ang ibinigay niya noon dahil naka-reses ang Senado.
00:38Pero kailangan pa rin itong aprubahan sa plenario ngayong baliksesyon na sila.
00:42Pinadalahan na raw ng notice ng Senado ang Kamara para humarap ang House Prosecution Panel sa June 11.
00:48Bukod sa presentasyon ng Articles of Impeachment, isasabay na rin ang pag-convene ng impeachment court.
00:53Panunong pa ng Sen. Judges at pag-issue ng summons para sumagot ang kampo ng bisay at prosekusyon.
00:59Pero tanong ni Sen. Minority Leader Coco Pimentel, bakit hindi pa yan isama sa agenda?

01:42Giyit ni Sen. Majority Leader Francis Tolentino, may mga desisyon na ang Korte Suprema na lahat ng kapangyarihan ng Senado sa lehislatura at pag-iimbestiga ay natatapos pag nagtapos din ang kongreso.
01:53Prinsipyo rin daw sa ibang bansa na hindi pwede ma-carry over sa susunod na kongreso ang anumang unfinished business.
02:00Dagdag ni Tolentino, labindalawang senador lang ang maiiwan at wala ng quorum ang Senado.

02:30Sabi naman ni Pimentel, walang nakasaad sa konstitusyon na pwedeng ituloy o hindi pwedeng ituloy ng susunod na kongreso ang isang impeachment complaint.
02:39Pero ayon-ana niya sa Senate Rules, pwede ituloy ng Senado ang impeachment trial.
02:43Jurisdiction once acquired is not lost but continues until the case is terminated and hopefully terminated to its logical end.

05:57So we leave it to their sound discretion as to how they want to proceed and conduct.
