00:00Missless swing arm out. If you were the previous owner of this bike, I can tell you were trying

00:04something in earnest and trying to do a good job, but well you missed. Don't put the swing arm in

00:11upside down. What do we say? We'll torque that down later. I'm going to go ahead and swap out

00:21the chain. It just seems like a good time to do that. The old chain is not even wrapped around

00:24the swing arm correctly. That's going to involve a grinder and a punch. I'm going to put the bike

00:29in gear. I'll just put some pressure on the chain and see if I can't use the impact to

00:33knock that loose. Got that nut right off of there, so now I can pry our lock plate. We've

00:37got a lock plate for the front sprocket, which, as you can see, has seen better days. Luckily,

00:42our friends at Visionary Cycles sent one with the sprocket off. I can just pull the chain

00:47free. As you can see, that thing is garbage. Yes, it's garbage. Get a closer look at our

00:55front sprocket. You see how there's this big, wide U-shape between the teeth here? That's

01:02called shark toothed. That means that this sprocket has been on there for a very long time while

01:07it's worn out.
