00:01:20History was certainly made. The first ever bat match in professional wrestling.
00:01:25And Piper, well, he played a major role in that big Spring Stampede event.

00:01:38And I really think that what happened at the bat match laid the foundation for the split last night.
00:01:44You can't really say it would all happen in Sting and Savage and their world title bet.

00:05:48And I'm not gonna say more importantly because there's nothing more important
00:05:52than the World Heavyweight Championship.
00:05:54A belt that has signified the very best in the sport since 1905.
00:05:59But in terms of the NWO, as important has been the split at the top.
00:06:04We have seen it, we heard it.
00:06:05Segment one, Hogan, Bischoff, the Disciple came out.
00:06:09Hogan made a challenge.
00:06:10He said he was in charge.
00:06:11It was his title, and he wanted Savage for the world title.
00:06:15Savage came out and made a profound announcement that the newest leader of the NWO
00:06:20was not Hogan, it was Kevin Nash.
00:06:23There are two factions, Nash and Savage on one side, Hogan on the other.

00:06:30We're gonna see other members of the NWO coming out here later on in their matches.

00:26:24And with it, does he reclaim leadership with the NWO?
00:26:28If he wins, if he loses, whose side will they take?
00:26:32It'll be no disqualification.
00:26:34It'll be fight to the finish.
00:26:36We must have a winner.
00:26:38No one allowed to interfere as the two most prominent stars of the NWO.

00:34:36One of the most dangerous parts of a wrestling ring is the ring post.

00:34:44but the ring post, the most lethal.
00:34:46And Psychosis continues to focus now on the leg.

00:34:55I mean, those two have no love lost between each other.

00:39:37Really has been the high watermark for professional wrestling in terms of fan acceptance,
00:39:43television ratings, and as we see Lex Luger and Bryan Adams, here's a couple more prime
00:39:48examples of the top stars of WCW and the NWO.
00:39:52It's the former world's heavyweight champion, the total package Lex Luger.
00:39:55And as you look at it, the stars are coming.

00:41:57They're kind of wimpy.
