00:01:18Two hours tonight prior to the NBA playoffs here on TNT.

00:01:24We're live and I'm Tony Shabani along with the professor Iron Mike today.

00:01:30And the one, the only living legend, Larry Zabisco.

00:01:35And what a program we have for you.

00:01:38And what a way to start it off with the most gorgeous ladies on cable television,

00:01:42the Nitro Girls living legend.

00:01:46Absolutely, the Nitro Girls are here, fans.

00:01:49What a program we have.

00:01:50Later on tonight, in our feature bout, it is going to be NWO.

00:01:54NWO Wolfpack, to be precise, against WCW as Kevin Nags, Big Sexy the Giant Killer,

00:02:02will face the total package Lex Luger Mike today.

00:02:05And isn't it good to see the New World Order's problems escalating to the point where they're now choosing sides within the NWO.

00:02:14Well escalating, Kevin Nash has got to prove his leadership.

00:02:18If he wants to lead part of the New World Order and bring on more defections, he's gonna have to beat Lex Luger to do it.

00:02:26Lex Luger, the master of the torture rack and of course, the total package.

00:02:32A man who has been World Heavyweight Champion.

00:02:34And hi fans, we are ready to go with two great hours of WCW action.

00:02:39You talked about the problems of the NWO.

00:02:41Last week we found out, and we've been building up to this, two definite sides,

00:02:46definite splits of the NWO.

00:02:48You saw Conan side with Kevin Nash, the Macho Man Randy Savage, the Wolfpack.

00:02:55On the other side, Hollywood Hogan, the disciple Eric Bischoff.

00:02:59And we now have found out, based on what happened last week,

00:03:03that Bryan Adams has now sided with Hollywood Hogan on that side of the New World Order.

00:03:08Well there's no doubt about it, the New World Order is split down the middle.

00:03:12Nash on one side, Hollywood Hogan on the other.

00:03:15People defecting, no trust, knives and daggers in the back of all the members.

00:03:21And who can trust who? We'll find out.

00:03:24Trust has been a big word when you have egos like you have.

00:03:27Usually no one trusts anyone, Mike.

00:03:29NWO falling apart at the seams.

00:03:31Those sides are being taken.

00:03:33And while the Market Square Arena crowd pays tribute to the living legend,

00:03:37my question is, who's going to be next in terms of the NWO?

00:03:41To side with either the camp of Hogan or Kevin Nash and the Macho Man.

00:03:46The first man to step across the line last week was Conan.

00:03:48Here's what happened right here on Monday Nitro.

00:03:51Now, if anybody's keeping score out there,

00:03:54you're probably wondering what's going on with the NWO.

00:03:57To make it easy for you people, the Wolf Pack is expanding.

00:04:07Standing to my right, the newest member of the Wolf Pack, Macho Man Randy Savage.

00:06:27We saw last week where Chavo maybe had like a grin on his face when Uncle Eddie lost a matchup here on Nitro,

00:06:34and he received that open hand slap from his uncle.

00:06:37We talk about family problems within the NWO, the Four Life family.

00:06:42Certainly a similar situation with the Guerreros.

00:06:45Well, you know, that's a good point you brought up, Larry.

00:06:48The fact that he was massaging the shoulders of his uncle.

00:06:51That was the first show of any type of affection or kinship that Chavo has shown Eddie.

00:06:57I'm wondering if the influence of Eddie Guerrero is getting to the younger, you know, more influenced Chavo.

00:07:03The best way to be the best uncle that I possibly can is to be a good example to you.

00:07:13So tonight, I am going to set an example in front of all these bunch of morons here in Indiana.

00:07:22And show you how a Guerrero is a winner.

00:08:21make yourself and walk yourself down the aisle and take on the best wrestler in WCW today.

00:08:31I think Eddie's ego is getting way out of hand here.

00:08:36He's calling out a big, big man here in Scott Norton.

00:08:40You know, I've heard of Larry Land before.

00:08:44I'm not sure about La La Land.

00:08:46There's a big difference.

00:08:53But I say powerful men in the NWO because, you know, we're not so sure, Scott Flash Norton, whose side he's on.

00:09:01Well, he's an international star, Tony.

00:09:04Recognized as one of the top talents with New Japan Pro Wrestling.

00:09:07Also here in World Championship Wrestling.

00:09:10And I'm sure both sides, both camps in the NWO are vying for his services.

00:09:14Remember after the Spring Stampede event, he acted as almost like a peacemaker with the NWO family, taking possession of that heavyweight championship belt.

00:09:24And he said at that time, hey, the belt does not belong to anybody.

00:09:28It belongs to the New World Order.

00:09:30That after the Macho Man Randy Savage had won the world title only to lose it to Hollywood Hogan the very next day.

00:09:36So Eddie Guerrero trying to set an example for his nephew.

00:09:42I don't know if he picked the right opponent to set an example.

00:09:45He said he blew out his knee and twisted his knee, and he wants Calvo to wrestle for him.

00:10:07This smells of a setup.

00:13:12And we'll see how Ivan's offspring does.

00:13:15At least he's taller than the old man.

00:13:18Ivan Putzky was more of a straight-ahead wrestler who used his strength,

00:13:23while Scott Putzky gonna fly a little bit more, more of a cruiserweight style.

00:13:29Ivan was stupid and was nothing but brawn.

00:13:33And we'll see how Scott does here against Kidman.

00:13:36I guess the resident cruiserweight of Raven's flock.

00:13:40And Kidman and Scott Putzky, which should be a great competitive matchup here on WCW's Monday Nitro.

00:14:38Because Conan was announced earlier as one of the defectors to the Wolf Pack.

00:14:41So it's very obvious that Bryan Adams is on the side of Team Hogan.

00:14:46Well, can you imagine the intrigue going on in the back scenes of the New World Order?

00:14:53Well, it's- It's about time.

00:14:55It's a very, very well-documented power struggle that's been going on.

00:35:20And now we're inside two weeks before a Slamboree one has to question whether Scott Hall is going to join Kevin Nash and Slamboree to defend the tag team titles.

00:35:31That's a question that we have to talk about and discuss or wonder during the course of this program.

00:35:36But right now we're in the midst of what has been now billed as a return bout and a street fight between these two teams.
