00:00It's like the gym. How many plates do you want to put on? And are you willing to learn different
00:04exercises? Or are you just going to sit on the flying machine and camp out there? Come on,
00:07give me a break. And I see people's wasted potential. And then I also see people that
00:12come to me saying that they read something, heard something, or they, I got this one kid
00:16that writes 15 vocabulary words a day, and it's all across the board, like bewildered. I'm like,
00:22that's a good one. You know, he's like parallel. Okay, where'd you find that one? And so they're
00:28excited. They're collecting. They're growing. I can't hit the ball and drag Johnny. It's just
00:33not going to work that way. Can I show them my three backflips while biting an apple? I can do
00:37that too, but that doesn't do any good either. And so the best thing to do is to give them levels to
00:43hit or some sort of positive reinforcement on something. And I have the luxury of recorded
00:50phone calls. I, my industry is linguistic and so they can hear themselves. They can taste their
00:55own food. They'll know if it's good and it's up to them. I just make the face like, you know,
01:00you did too much salt, you burnt it. And, um, but for me, I love rhetoric. I think a really good
01:08delivery hits. Most people are so concerned about a body and a conclusion of a call, but if you don't
01:15land an introduction, you have no spark, no fire, nothing.
