00:00I'm 52 years old. I feel fine. I mean, let's talk candidly here. I mean, I hit the gym six days a
00:08week. I've been doing that since I was 17 as a tri-letterman. So, I mean, you know, I have
00:14structure and discipline because motivation comes and goes. Anybody can have that. It's the guy that
00:19gets out of bed 6.30 on a Wednesday when it's raining. Oh, dear. That's the real ace. That's
00:24the real champ. And so I always had that in me. By default, I'll be the last guy there. I'll be
00:29the first one to show up early. So at least I can wave hi to the boss when he's pulling
00:33in. And will I stay late? Not necessarily every time. But if I'm on a phone call at 5.55, I'm
00:39not just watching the clock and running it out. If I get the call and I'm on with Matthew,
00:43I might be here till 6.20. But guess what? Everyone left. I'm still ripping phone. Boss
00:49walks out. Supervisor walks out. Somebody walks out and they see Richard close it. And then
00:54I look at him and do the gun or the wink or something. Yeah, of course.
