00:09I mean, like lots of big brands gone anywhere, like Woolworths and Alders and all these big brands gone.
00:17And lots of small shop disappearing as well, like most of these small retailers, some of them off-lessences and some of them food stores, some of them cloth stores.
00:28But yeah, I mean, when I think of the high street now, I think of a kind of bougie high street with coffee shops and things like that, or the more struggling high street where there's gambling shops and kind of charity shops.
00:45Yeah, I feel like we just need more community space and whether the rebirth of a high street could be more local independent shops, that sounds positive to me.
