00:07Tara Williams, who had been busy all day, arrived at her son's daycare center, ready to pick up her

00:13three-year-old son, Conrad Ashcraft, and take him home. But the staff member told her that Conrad

00:18had been sleeping since having his noon nap until now. When Tara found Conrad, he was covered with

00:23a thick blanket, lying face down and motionless. After the emergency personnel arrived at the scene,
