00:00we have any questions questions one I wanted to ask you about something we've
00:05seen consistent from from attorneys who say they still have not been able to
00:11access their clients even though they're using the email that the state has
00:15provided can you address that one and into my second question allegations by
00:20the Democrats who say that contracts related to the facility are no longer on
00:25the state websites that they disappear well I'll let Kevin address you want to
00:29address the contract issue so and we happen to have the CFO with us today and
00:37he and I were talking about this earlier the contracts not being on the website
00:41is false what our staff ended up doing was we actually put proprietary
00:48information on the website we have competitive contracts we are encouraged
00:54to do competitive procurements and by the way there's not a single sole source
00:57contract at this site that now that you got me riled back up again sorry about
01:01that everything here has been competitively bid off of master contracts
01:06that went to competitive procurement a year two three years ago so what
01:10happened was our team put the actual detailed line item PO that then now every
01:18other competitive contractor can see what their rate is so we took that down we've
01:23replaced it with summary sheets on the actual amount that they've been given so
01:28that's that's what's happening oh in the legal issue legal issue my
01:33understanding my attorney has told me that she has worked out the issues and we
01:38should have our first set of on-site legal representation no later than Monday
01:43and we're we're scheduled I'm looking for my guy we're scheduled to go with that
01:47almost 24 7 if if we need to so the space that we have we can do those those
01:53meetings all day long 24 7 365 but we had some technology issues we have now
01:58worked those things out and we should be starting that on Monday start
02:03deportation flights without people being having to access their clients some of
02:08the you know remember there's probably close to 800,000 illegal aliens that have
02:14already been ordered deported in this country Florida we have at least 50,000
02:1975,000 I mean so the idea that somehow you know you need some elaborate process in
02:26some of those situations it's just not factually true in terms of the law your
02:30DHS can answer on each individual folks but the whole purpose of having this is to
02:36be able to have a very efficient way to deport understanding that they have to go
02:43through this process I mean to be alive I mean to me it's like you know if if
02:48you're subjected to traditional criminal process there's a whole a bunch of due
02:53process that goes into that because ultimately you know are you are you
02:57guilty of this crime there's elements all this this should be a pretty simple
03:01process you either have a right to be here you don't and really that's what we
03:06need to determine when you do this and once that's determined if you're in this
03:11country illegally that then you should be subject to expeditious deportation and
03:16and that's the that's the goal of what this is doing but I I know that DHS has a
03:21whole process for how they do it now from the state's perspective we we ramp all this
03:26up we're running once they get on that plane DHS handles them and and process
03:31them deport them accordingly so and there's different ways I mean I know DHS has in
03:36some instances just deported people back across the Mexico border and that's fine
03:40I mean whatever whatever they think works is all good
