00:00Will you ask President Trump for a pardon?
00:03I have already done that.
00:05What was his response?
00:07I don't think it made it to the president.
00:10Unfortunately, gatekeepers have blockaded for ever getting to the president.
00:16And in large part because I did not spend time in D.C. making friends.
00:20Quite the contrary, I didn't care to make friends because I was there to serve the people.
00:25And it led to me rubbing a lot of people off the wrong way.
00:28And now there are, as they say, the chickens are coming home to roost and they're taking advantage of my predicament to settle petty scores.
00:37And I never made it to the president.
00:40I got stonewalled by the gatekeepers.
00:42And what did you write to him?
00:46You know, I would be very, very inclined and keen to share with you guys the full pardon application so you guys are able to report on it.
00:54But it's essentially outlining the discrepancies in my case, the overly charged case, the overzealous political sentence, which in most cases would result in maybe a probationary sentence or, you know, 18 month incarceratory sentence.
01:15But instead, they souped up and ignored Supreme Court rulings, such as the Dubin decision to make a stretch on identity theft, which is quite laughable the way they go about it and ignore precedent by the Supreme Court.
01:31But at the end, I just outlined the merits of the case.
01:34It doesn't come down to loyalty or politics.
01:37It really comes down to the merits of the case and the violations of the DOJ throughout the case.
01:42And I just outlined the merits of the case.
