00:00further on the bill. Thank you very much and thank you to Chair Murkowski and
00:04Ranking Member Merkley for working together on this really important
00:07bipartisan bill. When it comes to protecting our public lands, this bill
00:11provides critical funding for our national parks and Forest Service and
00:15rejects the paltry level Trump put forward as well as the House Republican
00:19level. It prevents our national parks from being sold off, it ensures our
00:23federal firefighters will not face a pay cut, and it fully funds wildfire
00:28prevention and suppression. When it comes to our obligation to our tribes, we were
00:32able to provide 12 billion across tribal programs rejecting Trump's efforts to cut
00:38our tribal safety schools and Bureau of Indian Affairs and advanced
00:42appropriations for the Indian Health Service and it fully funds tribal
00:46sovereignty payments. This bill also protects clean water and air programs
00:51and continues vital cutting-edge research that protects families health and
00:55well-being which is under threat today. Now no doubt there's more I'd like to do
00:59here, but this is a solid bipartisan bill. It will sustain critical programs that
01:04protect our environment and families health and I am grateful to my
01:08colleagues for their work on this and I will be voting yes.
