00:00Thailand's military on Friday fired artillery from Surin province towards Cambodia as the
00:08tension at their border escalated for a second day in their worst fighting in a decade.
00:13Thai military drone strikes also destroyed a Cambodian arms depot in a heightening crisis
00:19that has killed at least 16 people.
00:22Artillery shelling from Cambodia also damaged buildings in Surin, prompting the evacuation
00:27of Phanam Dongrak Hospital.
00:29She said 100,000 people had been evacuated from conflict areas on the Thai side with acting
00:36Prime Minister Phum Tham Wai Chai Chai, warning the conflict could lead to war.

00:56What is a good fight for him?
00:58I don't want to have a good fight.
00:59I can't go away from the hospital.
01:03I can't forget it.
01:05I want to have a good fight.
01:07If the person is embroiled in a long time, his life is the same as he is.
01:11People who are caught on that, he is the same as he has the same but we don't know how to
01:15help.
01:16Of the death toll in Thailand, 14 of them are civilians, while Cambodia has yet to report
01:25any casualties or evacuations. Experts said the conflict might not be able to be resolved
01:30in a short period of time.
01:46The boundary between two countries is kind of like the things that we need in spare time
01:51to discuss about this issue, especially we have to maybe a little bit move back to the
01:57JBC under the MOU 2000, which is the MOU that both Thailand and Cambodia agree and give
02:06the consent to that MOU.
02:07I have to say that ASEAN might not have its role much regarding the health-dividing force
02:14or binding decisions towards the dispute between two countries, but at least they can ask both
02:20countries to come to negotiate with each other.
02:23So that would be kind of like the thing that might postpone the situation to not be even
02:29worse in the current situation.
