00:17The 42-year-old detailed the mini-checklists and multiple meal preps completed before her work trips,

00:24with Coco admitting to days-long planning ahead of leaving daughter True and son Tatum.

00:30I make True's lunches. She has to have two snacks every day and da-da-da.

00:34I know how she likes things done.

00:36So for school, I pre-do the lunches for the length of my trip, the snacks for the length of my trip.

00:42I label everything Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, like whatever.

00:46I check the weather to do her uniforms.

00:49Does this one a legging day? Is this a bike short day?

00:51And for Tatum, it's different because he's not in school.

00:54So I read him bedtime books every day and I know the bedtime books he likes.

00:58And so, you know, we leave those out and it's just specific.

01:02Khloe also saying the prep will probably double once Tatum starts school,

01:07telling fans she's well aware it's a lot to tackle.

01:11But she won't be apologizing for caring too much about her kids.

01:15I'm a control freak.

01:16I micromanage.

01:18Will everyone know how to do this if I don't do it?

01:21And yes, and I know that because when I got COVID for 15 days, somehow everything survived.

01:28I still, knowing that I like can't, I still think I need to do it.

01:32I don't know if other moms are like, is this normal that we do this to ourselves?
