00:34weeks ago and it was pretty amazing actually what happened agreed to go from

00:39two percent to five percent and they had two percent where they didn't pay their

00:43five percent where they've already paid that's a big difference that's it

00:46trillions of dollars actually trillions but we what we really need to be
