00:37leverage early on by saying that Ukraine would have to give up land before applying any leverage

00:43against the Russians. So no, I would say he has done zero to advance the cause. He has given the

00:50Russians everything they wanted or has failed to do anything to put pressure on the Russians. And

00:56that's why, that's why Lavrov mocked the American president talking about, oh my gosh, he must

01:01be under a lot of emotional pressure. I don't think this was a sincere statement from Mr. Lavrov.
