00:28But I think it's the responsibility of the parents, first and foremost.
00:34Then I think it would be the responsibility of perhaps schools to make sure they introduce policies.
00:40But I think if you start, it's a slippery slope.
00:44If you start to legislate these things, first of all, where does it stop?
00:48But also the logistics of how you actually make it work, how you impose a ban,
00:54and then what would be the penalties?
00:55I mean, it creates a great conversation starter.
01:00But I think the government needs to allow this to rest with parents and individuals
01:05so that they can police it themselves.
