USC Trojans Lincoln Riley addresses their transparency and honesty to recruits

00:00A lot of the recruits' feedback from recruits this cycle, anyway.

00:04They've been talking about how transparent and honest you guys are when they're on campus.

00:09Is there anything you can share with us on how they come to that?

00:13Well, it's a good thing to hear.

00:17We try to be that way.

00:19I mean, we try to make a point of that.

00:21This is a big decision for them, and I think we're proud of what we have here.

00:27We're proud of the people we have.

00:28We're proud of what's here now and what's coming and all that.

00:31So it's fun to have those transparent conversations with them.

00:36And then I think certainly the additions we've made in personnel

00:39and being able to have those transparent conversations on all aspects of the decision,

00:46whether it's the football side, whether it's the business side, I mean, all of it.

00:50Yeah, we just got a very kind of to-the-point group,

00:53and that's something that we try to pride ourselves on as a program.

00:57I want people to walk out here, whether they come to SC or not,

01:00I want them to walk out here with complete clarity on who we are,

01:04what this would be like, what the expectations are on both sides,

01:07what we're going to expect out of them

01:09and what they should expect out of us as a staff.
