00:00Being in Maidstone there's so many friends that are around and it's such a

00:16close community and with our family there's so much open space to go and do

00:22lovely activities which makes us feel really a part of the community. People

00:26are just so caring here, the community is lovely and that Maidstone is just a

00:31brilliant place to be. Something that me and my family love doing in Maidstone

00:35that make us feel part of the community, we go for rides out, we go to the shop, we

00:40love getting treats for after dinner and before dinner and I think being as a

00:47family we love going to the local parks. If I had to draw a picture of Maidstone the

00:52one thing I could never not include is the people because they're just so lovely

00:57and I think the community makes Maidstone the lovely place it is today and I

01:02think also the chemist and the hospitals because they provide lovely care to all

01:08of their residents. I feel like I have helped out in the community, well mostly

01:14in school. In year four or in year five I forgot but I remember doing a bird watch

01:20and it was in February and it was called the Hunting Bird Watch and we would walk

01:26and I introduced it to the school and they loved the idea. I set up a speech, I

01:33did it in front of the whole school, I got everybody to bring ingredients for fat

01:36balls and bird seed in and then everybody just had a lovely time watching the birds

01:43fly in. Me and my friends tried to make Maidstone a better place by just helping

01:48everybody that you see. If you don't, the reason to help is to help other people, to

01:55make people feel happy and it isn't, I don't feel like I've done my job in life if I

02:01haven't made people happy. If you make people happy it's the perfect thing to do.

02:05The schools do a perfect job by teaching students how to read, write, vocabulary,

02:10do everything they can. They try to prepare you for life and I think that's

02:14perfect. Teachers do a brilliant job and I can't, I wouldn't change that either.
