00:00We missed you going in. You look so different outside your work clothes.
00:06Yeah, this is my ASAP Rocky suit, huh?
00:08I love that. So, you know, we have to ask you, Joe, what's next?
00:12I mean, you know, what's next in trying to get her out of a guardianship?
00:16I know it's a very big question.
00:19What's next is hopefully justice. I mean, it's been so long,
00:23and I'm not a guardianship attorney, I'm Wendy's personal attorney,
00:26but this process is really despicably slow because she's in a facility.
00:33And Wendy's Wendy. We've had conversations over the course of six months.
00:38She's the same Wendy Williams that you know from TV, right?
00:41And so she belongs in a facility like, you know, I belong in a facility.
00:48Well, actually, I'll give you an example. Some might argue I belong in a facility.
00:52But she's just a person who is controlling her faculties and is a great human being.
00:57And it sickens me, honestly. This is not even about a case for me. It's about a cause.
01:01And I'm going to do everything.
01:03I just had a birthday and I'm still in guardianship. If that doesn't say enough, I don't know what does.
01:08Now, I have a question. How many other people have reached out to you asking for your help?
01:12Because when she had her protest outside of, you know, her building, a lot of people were coming up to me saying,
01:18you know, I support Wendy because I'm going through this too with someone I love.
01:23Have you gotten phone calls from people?
01:25Yes. Oh, so many. Right now my focus is on Wendy and I have to get her through this.
01:29Right. Right.
01:30I'll deal with that later, but I will tell you this. It is scary, this guardianship process.
01:34It's very scary.
01:35Once you get in the vortex of a guardianship proceeding, it's hard to get out.
01:38Correct.
01:39Even if you're like Wendy.
01:40Yeah.
01:41Famous.
01:42She was misdiagnosed.
01:43Believe me.
01:44I had fresco isados because I am allowed.
01:47It's not because I should be.
01:49You know, I look beautiful because I work out because that's all I do in the building.
01:54And I know that for a fact.
01:55Right.
01:56You know, I've been working out for years.
01:57However, that's all I do when I'm locked in this building.
02:00Right.
02:01And I have a question.
02:02I know it's kind of a tricky question, but can we see a potential lawsuit down the line?
02:06Oh God, yeah.
02:07Listen, those who are responsible for her status, her basic incarceration, will be held
02:14accountable.
02:15There's no question about that.
02:16My goal right now, and the priority is to get her back home.
02:20Wherever her home is, not there.
02:22Where she can come go as she can.
02:23Right here in New York where I'm working and you know what kind of stuff I want to do.
02:26As a matter of fact, we just met somebody very familiar with.
02:31Well.
02:32She wants to get back to work and she should get back to work.
02:34Right.
02:35People love her.
02:36And we miss you.
02:37I'm homo.
02:38Which is the most important thing I've put on record I've ever had for any client ever.
02:43No, this is weird.
02:44It's possible that I've made Emery coverage of, or I'm just last prior to the first bungler,
02:46but it's impossible.
02:47Uh, well, left is one of us just değil.
02:48You know, you left is one or two from the left that have пağ's an enemy and finally
02:49for a half.
02:50So, for a matter of time, you can do it on the right field.
